Operation Cheetos

Purpose: Undermine credibility of Saddam Hussein before his trial with the overall purpose of undercutting Hussein's expected witness-stand allegations of American assistance in the Ray-gun era.

Method: Media placement of stories that depict Saddam Hussein in an infantile, feeble and/or mentally impaired light.

Examples: "Leaked" photos of Saddam in underwear; authorizing Saddam's guards to share story with media; etc.

Alternate Outcome: Saddam declared mentally incompetent before trial.
